Marseille v Atletico Madrid | Wednesday 16th May 2018, 19:45 | BT Sport
Atletico Madrid To Win
Things don’t look good for a Marseille victory here – despite playing in their home nation. They have never beaten Atletico Madrid, no French side has ever won the Europa League and star man Dimitri Payet is an injury concern!
188 offer current odds of evens on a home win here. They have picked up three victories in their last four games and the one defeat came when they fielded an experimental side. Both Diego Costa and Antoine Griezmann were substituted after just 62 minutes last weekend giving them every opportunity to be as fresh as possible tonight.
Marseille on the other hand arrive into this final on the back of just one win in their last four matches and as previously stated, Payet is going to be playing with an injury or not on the pitch at all.
Under 2.5 Goals
You can get odds of 7/11 with 188 on under 2.5 goals which according to Oddschecker is an industry best at time of writing. Ten of Atletico Madrid’s last 12 matches in all competitions have featured three goals or fewer, so the likelihood of this one following suit looks better than the odds available on site now!
Atletico are well known for their brilliant defence and of course if you get past them then you have to face Jan Oblak, who for many, is one of if not the best pound for pound goalkeeper in Europe at present.
Antoine Griezmann Anytime
188 are giving Europa League odds of 9/10 on Antoine Griezmann scoring in the final tonight. The French international has netted 30 goals this season and with questions remaining on if the diminutive Atletico forward will still be with the club next season, what better way to potentially sign off than by helping his current employers secure another piece of European silverware.
Atletico to win (evens)
Under 2.5 goals (7/11)
Griezmann anytime (9/10)
